The Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) was originally established by former President Cory Aquino to investigate and retrieve the ill-gotten wealth of the Marcoses.

The PCGG is tagged to be a kind of Yellow propaganda against the Marcoses.

Actress Vivian Velez pointed out a crucial detail that could possibly link the Robredos, known key figures in the Yellow camp of the Aquinos, to the PCGG.

During the ANC Headstart interview of Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Chairperson Andres Bautista’s wife, Patricia, showed passbooks, documents, envelopes, and pay slips that was allegedly discovered in their conjugal house.

Velez noted that one of the pay slips, supposedly a salary for a PCGG employee, bore the name of Howard Vitas who is the husband of the late Jesse Robredo’s relative Gaile Robredo-Vitas.

The actress even provided a photo of Jesse and his wife Leni with the newly married Vitas couple.

In her full post on Facebook, Velez said,

"Connecting the dots... In ANC Headstart interview of Patricia Bautista showed pay slip envelopes containing money. The envelopes are supposed to be salaries for PCGG employees. The name Howard Vitas is written in one of the envelopes. Is he the same Howard Vitas, husband of Gaile Robredo, relative of Jesse Robredo?... Wedding photo below of Gaile Robredo-Vitas and Howard Vitas together with Leni and Jesse held in Naga City."
