Duterte is shallow and doesn’t know what he’s saying – Bishop
President Rodrigo Duterte offered a million pesos and immunity to any civilian who can kill the remaining Abu Sayyaf on the run in Bohol to which a Manila Bishop lampooned in reply.

“My order is: to the police and the lahat, and even civilians interested to fight and kill, ang order ko is dead or alive,” Duterte said.
“I intend to also arm the civilians and I will include the civilians, pag nakapatay ka na, you don’t have to worry. Just go to the police and make a report and state your truth,” he added.
Duterte assured that he will pardon anyone who manages to kill any of the militants.
Manila Auxiliary Bishop Broderick Pabillo scoffed at the President’s assurances saying that Duterte is the type who retracts what he says.
"Ewan ko na lang kung ibibigay din nya yan... Let's not take seriously what the President is saying... kung susunod sila (public) eh kawawa sila," Pabillo said.
Pabillo urged the public, “don't listen to what he says. Look at what he is doing.”
The bishop emphasized that Duterte has already recanted his statement several times, as well as failed to deliver certain promises.
"This just shows how shallow he is because he does not know what he is talking about," Pabillo boldly claimed.
