Senators Revilla and Estrada were under detention inside the Philippine National Police (PNP) Custodial Center in Camp Crame.

“Ang irony noon di ba kung secure na lugar ang hinahanap baka doon siya matabi. Assuming, ha [that she’ll be arrested]. We’re not anticipating anything,” Lacson said.

“In case that happens, ang irony, baka magkakatabi sila ni Sen. Bong at Jinggoy. Remember meron pang bakanteng bungalow roon. I’m just thinking aloud na baka doon siya ilagay dahil secure ang lugar. Yun naman ang hinihingi niya di ba?” he added.

De Lima has requested for a "safe and secure" facility if and when she is arrested.

Meanwhile, Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II has said that the resolution on the five cases filed against De Lima will be out this week.

“Parang paradox di ba, na siya ang reason kung bakit nakulong, kasi siya nag-start ng investigation di ba? Silang tatlo ng COA (Commission on Audit) at Ombudsman,” Lacson said.

On the other hand, De Lima said that she will not resist if the time comes she will be arrested.

“I cannot physically resist. I am morally and psychologically resisting it because I’m innocent. What can I do? Hindi ako tatakas. Hindi ako magtatago. Hindi ako pupunta ng ospital. Hindi ako magwi-wheelchair,” she said.
