Monday, in a press conference, Lascañas said that then-Mayor Rodrigo Duterte ordered the DDS to kill suspected criminals in Davao City.

Andanar said, according to his source, the Senate reporters covering the press conference were offered as much as $1,000.

On the other hand, Andanar said he didn't know if the Senate reporters took the offer.
