Arrest of suspects behind killing of Korean businessman ordered
A Pampanga regional trial court has ordered the arrest of the suspects behind the kidnapping and killing of Korean businessman, Jee Ick Joo.
It was released by Angeles RTC branch 58 and it will be served to SPO3 Ricky Sta. Isabel, who is believed to be the mastermind.
Isabel is currently under the custody of the National Bureau of Investigation following his surrender last Saturday.
Other police officers are also facing kidnapping for ransom with homicide charges are SPO4 Roy Villegas, SPO4 Ramon Yalung, and four others identified only as “Pulis”, “Jerry”, “Sir Dumlao”, and “Ding.”
According to Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II, Isabel won’t be granted to be under the witness protection program since he is the identified as the alleged killer of Jee.
Jee was killed inside the Camp Crame after being kidnapped from his home in Angeles City.
PNP chief Director General Ronald Dela Rosa has issued his statement regarding the issue.

He said that he is very much embarrassed that such event took place in his headquarters.
“If I have my way, I would kill the policemen who are kidnappers. But I cannot do it because it’s illegal,” he said.
