Netizen Erin Ko shared her opinions about the rallies happening right now after the former President Ferdinand Marcos was buried at the Libingan ng mga Bayani.

Erin also explained different views about the Marcoses, during the Ramos admin and a lot more.

Read her full post below:

Where the f*ck have you all been?

Where the f*ck was all the outcry when Imelda Marcos became a Leyte congresswoman in 1995 after the SC ruled in her favor in a disqualification case?

Where the f*ck was all the outcry when she was cleared of all charges of taking money out of the country in 2008 due to "reasonable doubt"?

Where the f*ck was all the outcry when the Aquinos, after taking power when the Marcoses fled the country after the People Power revolution, decided to divvy up many of the confiscated lands and properties among their own cronies, further perpetuating the abuse of power they claim to be correcting and depriving farmers of the chance to earn a decent livelihood? Dahil ba na si Cory yung manok nyo noon?

Where was the outcry when ALL OF YOU MORONS KNEW that the Marcoses wanted to bury him at the Libingan ng mga Bayani, yet enacted no laws to prevent this during the long, long, LONG years when lawmakers had the opportunity to do so.

Where was the outcry when Ramos was elected president, when valid claims of him cheating by Miriam Santiago came to the fore, when Ramos was LITERALLY THE PHILIPPINE CONSTABULARY CHIEF, of the unit responsible for arresting and torturing majority of the Martial Law victims. Where is the outcry NOW, when Ramos is literally being treated today like he's allowed to have a f*cking opinion on anything. Was it because his presidential term was marked by a period of economic progress? Is that why you think he should be given a pass? You mean like a lot of the Marcos supporters who enjoyed economic prosperity during his reign and therefore also gave him a pass for his horrible atrocities? Or naka-move on na kayo kay Ramos? P*tangina.

Where were you all when the military men under Ramos' admin killed my friend and drowned him in the Pasig River for whistleblowing corruption in the ROTC - when I, as a frightened seventeen-year-old teen, looked around and saw no empathy. Nothing but "At least wala nang ROTC. Walang kwenta lang naman yun e. At least may oras na ako sa Sabado!" P*tangina nyo.

Where was the outcry when history books were being revised not only to put Marcos in a more flattering light, but to put Ramos, the Aquinos, etc. as paragons of virtue who can do nothing wrong, without understanding the REAL political motivations behind the People Power Revolution? That the 'revolution' was originally engineered by Juan Ponce Enrile and Ramos because Marcos was on the verge of imprisoning THEM and they wanted to find a way out? That EVERYONE, from Manuel L. Quezon down to Rodrigo Duterte (ironic that people would look up to Quezon and then demonize Duterte given their similarities, down to their womanizing ways and attempts to make peace with supposed 'enemies' - Quezon with Japan, and Duterte with China), is responsible for the sh*thole we're all in right now? Daig pa ang Wikipedia sa history books natin, anak ng kabobohang tokwa.

You want to know why the orange Sh*tlord von Fuckface is the US president-elect right now? Because everyone, Republicans and Democrats alike, sat on their hands and refused to acknowledge their own history. It's happening all over the world because people as a race are generally sh*t at remembering f*ck-all. History repeats itself because we are morons, because we never believe that things happen unless it happens to us personally, because we wait around and assume someone else will clean up our own sh*tty messes.

Did you think this burial existed in some vacuum somewhere? Do you seriously believe that this burial was NOT a culmination of years of clusterf*cks and blissful ignorance by legislators who sat on their hands and did nothing to ensure this bullshit does not happen, and that we were too complacent / lacked the foresight to make any earlier protests - bigger protests that would have brought this to light sooner, bigger protests that could have possibly mattered more in the legal scheme of things?

But no - we like or share a political post on Facebook and we think that counts as activism, and then bitch when we realize it makes little impact. Because we attack other people for opposing opinions, block or unfriend them on Facebook so that in the end what we have left is an echo chamber where we see people agreeing with what we believe in and then think that we're the majority because of it. And then news like this happens where we're pushed out of our own personal circlejerk and realize no, we are NOT THE GODDAMN MAJORITY AFTER ALL, and then FINALLY act. Without realizing we all did it to ourselves.

And now - ironically, hysterically, blissfully - we only choose to stage a protest NOW, at this point in time where we have the LEAST power to accomplish anything worthwhile. P*TANGINA, INANNOUNCE NA NGA NI DUTERTE NOON PA NA ILILIBING NYA SI MARCOS PERO MAY GUMALAW BA? SINABIHAN NA NGA TAYO E. Aanhin pa ang damo, kung LITERAL NA PATAY NA ANG DAMBUHALANG KABAYONG TO.

P*tangina. P*tangina nating lahat.

  4. well judging by how majority of those who went to protest and rally today are millenials, the years those scenarios happened, majority if not all the people actively protesting today were no more than newborns (like myself) (1995), and 7th graders (2008) so medj di talaga kami makakalabas haha, at that time parents natin yung tahimik eh sooo...u can't really blame na wala kami nun kasi nakadiapers lang kami or nasa tiyan ng nanay namin, the baby boomers on the other hand were pretty quiet about it though so why not ask them?

    2. Hindi po ba na-gets yung lohikang ang kadalasang nakikita sa pagkilos ay kabataan, kaya naging representative siya ng "all of us" na pinapatungkulan ng open letter na yan.

Did the nation do something even though they favored the presidents or not? Is the nation equal to the number of rallyists? Ang nabasa ko kasi sa article, "opinions about the rallies happening right now", pero addressed to all of us.

  9. What the F*ck?!!
There were people that complained against Aquino and against Ramos abuse too.
    Where were you?
Does that excuse us from going forward and re-engage against those who are abusers of their power? It should not.
Our past failures should not judge what we can do NOW.
Your kind of thinking is called the F*cked up generation. Eh pinagloloko na nga kayo ng Rehimeng Duterte.

  10. All of this is pretty damn great points and reasons until how it decided to shit on (criticized would be a more formal term but it is far from just criticizing) Donald Trump, especially using the reason "Refusing to acknowledge their own history"

The main reason why I think that is because one of Hillary's main goals is establishing a No Fly Zone over Syria which would either need an unconditional surrender of the Syrian Government to the USA or a US-Syrian War, which we have already seen US has been dipping their fingers into the Middle East/Muslim Countries from Iraq, Iran,Syria,Libya, Afghanistan and Pakistan which is both quite expansionist, aggressive and quite Jingoistic for a nation that is "The Land of the Free"

Not to mention establishing a No Fly Zone over Syria would be troublesome and might lead to an incident or crisis involving American Troops accidentally shooting down a plane from another country trying to fight ISIS (Especially Russia) which that type of incident already happened once between Turkey and Russia

Another point would be that Hillary has already been proven to be corrupt and already have been taken out of Government Positions in her Political Career for cases and incidents of corruption and other related things

Simply, I rather have an Idiot like Trump as the President of the US than a Corrupt and Warmongering person like Hillary, besides this is a Democracy so Trump can and will be restricted and/or stopped by the Congress or other Government Officials if he tries to do something stupid since Trump knows jack shit about Politics compared to Hillary who knows how to possibly bribe, intimidate, cheat and forge her way to doing anything due to her experience

  11. Because we never thought that we would be that stupid many years later to bring back this cruel and power hungry marcos family. We never thought we would need laws to prohibit him to be buried there because we thought the future admins would be sane enough not to do this. There was a shortcoming in the Aquino admin and other admins before it. But it still comes to a conclusion that Pduts was the one who decided on this. He is still the one who is most accountable for it. Period. Those who voted for him, you are all accountable.
