Villarino said.
Friday, November 18, Villarino said that Kerwin submitted his affidavit containing his narration on how he started his drug operation up to the time he went out of the country.
“Baka today matatapos po yan kasi ang haba,” she said.
Atty. Villarino said the video will prove that Kerwin was not tortured or pressured while giving his affidavit.
“Hindi siya under duress nung kinuha affidavit niya kaya maganda yung idea nung AIDG [Anti-Illegal Drugs Group] na naka video lahat yun,” she said.
Confirmed elected government and police officials are among the personalities named by Kerwin in his affidavit.
“Kahapon ni-narrate niya nalalaman niya, lahat ng personalities he had a transaction with nung time na nago-operate siya,” she said.
