“I may not be a professional analyst, but I am a citizen of this nation and will exercise my freedom to express my thoughts,” sabi nito sa kanyang post.

Matapang ang mga pahayag ni Gab laban sa pamilya Marcos dahil sa palihim na paglilibing sa mga labi ng dating pangulo.

“Understand that forgiveness isn't merely accepting what has happened.

“True forgiveness includes acknowledgment that horrific events did indeed happen, and simply show an initiative to make up for it or even recognize the suffering of thousand or even millions of Filipinos that you caused.

“Sadly, we don't see any of this.”

Sinabi rin niya na hindi nakitaan ng pagpapakumbaba at pagsisisi ang mga Marcos lalo na sa palihim na paglilibing at tinawag itong “most devious burial ceremony I have ever read about.”

"Moving on' from this specific issue is like allowing someone to brutally murder your family and decades later, just waltz right into the scene like nothing happened."

“There is no sense of humility, remorse or sympathy from the family, not to mention the recent, most devious burial ceremony I have ever read about."

Sinabi rin ni Gab na nagkakawatak-watak ngayon ang mga Pilipino dahil sa pagkakaroon ng iba't-ibang opinyon.

“We are divided on every level; be it spiritually, mentally, politically and/or emotionally."

Basahin ang kanyang post:

"I made a constant effort to stay away from commenting on politics and what has been happening in our country. I, too, have had my own personal battles to rise from so it has been quite the season for me. But I am not one to stay muted as this specific issue pierces millions of my beloved countrymen. I may not be a professional analyst, but I am a citizen of this nation and will exercise my freedom to express my thoughts.

During the past few months, I have silently observed in the shadows and realized one thing. We are divided on every level; be it spiritually, mentally, politically and/or emotionally. From strangers to the closest of friends and family, there really is a sense of discord in regard to opinions, beliefs, priorities and mindsets. This, if constructively approached, would be a step toward that right direction for national and social progress. Problem is, this isn't the case at the moment. The current issue on hand is the fact that Ferdinand Marcos has been granted passage into the Libingan ng mga Bayani. And it has caused an outrage. To be fair, we cannot disregard the fact that once upon a time, he achieved a multitude of great things for our country. And it was promising. But then we all know what happened as the years went by. Here's the main problem I see now.
~
Filipinos are forgetful. We never learn. We seriously don't. This is a clear cut fact and has been our characteristic for decades. We are stubborn, complacent, entitled and boastful, partnered with an ungodly level of expectation and hope. Filipinos are gullible and will cling on to anything that looks, feels and sounds good. Could it be the lack of education? Maybe. It could also spring from a long history of major administrative failures, resulting in poverty and disharmony and birthing out a vast amount of frustration and suffering. But with all the tools given to us by this era, information and knowledge shouldn't be that difficult to attain. Just our mobile phones alone have become one of our greatest tools, which grants us an infinite source of valuable content. We have never been so spoiled when it comes to awareness. Sadly, we are the type of people who, despite being warned, cross unstable bridges and once the bridge collapses, we complain and blame every single thing we can think of.
~
I am 28 years old. I didn't experience the Marcos administration the way millions of people did, so in theory, I really have no right to speak on behalf of those who were truly affected. But I am a soul of this generation, a citizen of this country, and the issue is causing a great divide between fellow countrymen and possibly affect my future, our future. So yes, I believe I do have a say. And so do the young guns of this country.

There is no sense of humility, remorse or sympathy from the family, not to mention the recent, most devious burial ceremony I have ever read about. All that, above all, is what I find truly disturbing. So no, I will not move on as this is a direct attack towards our humanity. We deserve better. #marcosnotahero

  5. i pity you-----sayang ang pag upo mo sa christian church dahil wala kang natutunan sa pastor mo tungkol sa usaping pagpapatawad, as for your parents sana turuan ka nila ng mga bagay na di o natutunan sa loob ng simbahan.
